Soccer: Armenian clubs learn rivals in European Cup competitions

Armenian soccer clubs have learned their rivals in upcoming European Cup competitions following a draw in the Swiss city of Nyon on Monday.

According to the Armenian Football Federation, in the second qualifying round of the Champions League Yerevan's Ulisses will play Sherif from Moldova (the match is to take place in Yerevan on July 17 or 18, with the return game in Tiraspol a week later).

In the first round of the Europa League Gyumri's Shirak will face Rudar from Montenegro, Yerevan's Pyunik will play Zeta (Montenegro) and Kapan's Gandzasar's rival will be Streymur from the Faroe Islands. The matches are scheduled for July 5 and 12.
