Gyumri to host apartment lottery for 528 families

Some 528 families in the second largest city of Gyumri are going to win apartments at a lottery event on Sunday afternoon.
The ceremony is being held as part of the city's urban development program aimed at allocating houses to the families left homeless after the 1988 disastrous earthquake.
According to the local NGO Shirak, two-room apartments are going to be raffled at tomorrow’s event.
The organization has said in a statement that it has notified the beneficiaries of the raffling procedures and will make their list available on its website later.
