Germany-based Armenian female boxer Susi Kentikian has lost her first fight in the professional ring to an American challenger.
Kentikian, 24, dubbed 'Killer Queen', came into the fight in Frankfurt, Germany, on May 16 to defend her WIBF, WBA and WBO Female Flyweight titles with an impressive and extensive boxing record of 29-0-0 (16KO).
Her 30-year-old opponent, Melissa "Ponderosa" McMorrow, however, pulled off the upset in a 10-round majority decision.
Final scores of the judges were 95-95, 96-94, and 96-94 in favor of the U.S. boxer.
Before her latest win McMorrow had only 12 bouts on her record, including three losses and three draws.
