The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and the Rule of Law party signed a new coalition memorandum.One of the points of the memorandum envisages the Rule of Law party's support of Serzh Sargsyan in the 2013 presidential election.RPA Spokesman Eduard Sharmazanov told journalists earlier that the Rule of Law party will get three ministerial portfolios, most likely the ones that the party held earlier.
