CEC Chairman Tigran Mukuchyan informed journalists that the opposition bloc Armenian National Congress (ANC) requested a re-count in eight polling stations, the Rule of Law party in five polling stations, Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) in one polling station and Heritage party in three polling stations.

The CEC chairman noted an unprecedentedly high voter turnout.

“No 100% voter turnout was registered throughout Armenia except for penitentiary institutions,” Mukuchyan said.
