ustify; “>The opposition bloc Armenian National Congress (ANC) intends to apply to Armenia’s Constitutional Court (CC) for invalidation of the 2012 parliamentary elections.
“We have not yet prepared a legal document. However, we decided to apply to the Constitutional Court for invalidating the May 6 parliamentary elections for the following reasons:
1. Participation of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan and other officials in the election campaign, which is prohibited by law
2. Inflated voters’ lists
3. Disappearance of stamps. We struggled for passports to be stamped, and they were really stamped. However, the stamps disappeared in a few minutes, not in 12 hours,” Aram Manukyan, Board Chairman, Armenian National Movement (ANM), said at a rally in Yerevan.
