In forming Armenia’s new cabinet, the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) plan to exchange the portfolios: the RPA will get the post of minister of health and the PAP that of the minister of education and science.
According to the newspaper, Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan does not at all object to leaving his post – he prefers a quiet life as, for example, Armenia’s ambassador to a country.
Minister of Health Harutyun Kushkyan (PAP), however, will not put up with the idea.
