Turkey has friend countries and potential friend countries – Davutoglu

le=”text-align: justify; “>Foreign Minister of Turkey Ahmed Davutoglu met with young diplomats of 77 countries to speak about Turkish diplomacy.

The Turkish minister advised the student diplomats to be more attentive to psychological and intellectual sides of diplomacy, stressing the necessity of atmosphere of trust for the settlement of any issues between parties.

‘Turkey’s foreign diplomacy’s philosophy is not to have enemy states: we divide countries into friend countries and potential friend countries. We do not consider any nation to be our enemy,’ he said.
