le=”text-align: justify; “>On Monday, Ms. Falch Ashild (Norway) and Mr. Ben Mami Skander (France), Long-term election observers, OSCE/ODIHR election observation mission Armenia, attended a press conference by Gayane Arustamyan, a parliamentary candidate from election district #1.
Without answering any questions, they said they arrived to listen to journalists’ questions addressed to parliamentary candidates.
Ms. Falch Ashild noted the observers only record what they see and hear. He also made a list of the media outlets present at the press conference.
