‘The statements voiced by the international community are rather mild: the latest statement of the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs was toothless. It just calls on to maintain the achieved arrangements,’ the political analyst said, adding that till now the international community does not have adequate mechanisms for prevention of such encroachments. ‘The only restricting circumstance and the counterbalance are Armenia’s armed forces,’ the political analyst said.  Read more...
