The environmental activists seeking to dismantle the kiosks in Yerevan’s Mashtots Park have sent a letter to Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan, calling for measures to ensure citizens’ free access to the constructions.
The group also calls for protecting public order and ensuring the security of the individuals expected to work in the area.
They inform the chief of police that a new group has joined their campaign for taking down the structures.
The activists promise to work in an organized manner, using professional tools not to damage the property.
