When narrow circles urged Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan to concede the territory, he reportedly said, “Do you want us to give in?”
If fact, the authorities are guided by the law of the underworld: either they or the people have to “give in.” And they are doing their utmost to cause society to “give in.”
