Speaking to Tert.am, military expert Artsrun Hovhannissyan said he does not agree with the proposal of the party, noting ‘Such proposal is interesting, and not more, for a country being in neither war nor peace regime.’ According to the expert, in case of some other variants, specialists of the sphere may discuss the proposal.
The expert said such models exist in some countries which do not have issues with neighbors and are not engaged in a frozen conflict.
