le=”text-align: justify; “>Representative of the joint headquarters handed today to the Chairman of the Armenian National Assembly Samvel Nikoyan the application to the Constitutional Court of Armenia signed by 28 MPs from the Prosperous Armenia party (PAP) and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF).
The application disputes the constitutionality of confidentiality of signed lists of voters who participated in the polls.
Chairman of the Union of Political Scientists Hmayak Hovhannissyan, who introduces himself as the moderator of creation of the headquarters, told Tert.am that the application was handed to the NA chairman as of 1.00pm local time.
