ANC able to save Armenia – opposition rep

le=”text-align: justify; “>Stepan Demirchyan, Chairman of the People’s Party of Armenia (PPA), made a speech at the rally of the of opposition bloc Armenian National Congress (ANC) in Yerevan’s Freedom Square, on Friday.

“The incumbent authorities’ foolish policy has created the current situation in Armenia – poverty, emigration. All the coalition forces, including the Republican Party of Armenia, are responsible for this.”

The incumbent regime is sparing no efforts to retain power, Demirchyan said. If it wins, Armenia will face extreme moral degradation. “We cannot stand it any more. If we want to live in a democratic country, we must change the incumbent authorities on May 6, for our children’s sake,” Demirchyan said.  Read more... (2098 words, 9 images)
