Irates de facto: Kocharyan to “talk=?UTF-8?B?4oCdIA==?=to political parties

The paper says it has learned from sources that Armenia’s second president, Robert Kocharyan, will soon start a dialogue with political forces to share his ideas and make calls for a fair election.

But the ex president would not have become so “democratic” unless his message had a specific addressee, the paper says, adding that the move is targeted at the coalition Prosperous Armenia party (PAP) which is thought to have been “anointed” by him.

It comes after the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) issued a strong instruction not to allow the distribution of electoral bribes too generously, according to the paper.
