It is desirable that this destiny be on their mind as well, Armenian Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan told Tert.am as he commented on an election alliance between the United Workers’ Party (UWP) and the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP).

At the UWP’s 8th convention on Wednesday, UWP Chairman Gurgen Arsenyan announced the party leadership’s intention to form an election alliance with the PAP. Mr Ashotyan considers it a compliment to him to be regarded as “PR-brain” and coordinator of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA).

With repest to the RPA’s “PR needs”, Ashotyan did not make any comments. “Unlike many other forces, we make realistic statements,” he added.  Read more... (204 words)
