Armenian NA vice speaker on Russia presidential election

le=”text-align: justify; “>The March 4 presidential election in Russia was held in conformity with Russia’s laws and international standards, Vice-Speaker of Armenia’s parliament Eduard Sharmazanov told Tert.am.

Mr Sharmazanov is a member of the CIS Parliamentary Assembly’s observer mission at the Russian presidential election.

At its news conference on March 4, the CIS PA observer mission qualified the presidential election as “largely democratic.”
Mr Sharmazanov was a member of observer missions in Saint Petersburg and Vyborg. “We are happy that our strategic partner Russia has been able to hold free and transparent elections,” he said.
