The diplomat reportedly answered the paper from the second largest city of Gyumri. where she had visited to attend the British Week events. She particularly spoke of the mayoral election in Hrazdan where the struggle was between two strong candidates. The ambassador told the paper that despite certain positive changes they had received reports on electoral wrongdoings (distribution of electoral bribes and improper performance of administrative duties). But she expressed hope that all that all that would be a good lesson to hold more democratic elections in May.
