Between 9:30 am and 10 am on Feb. 29, at one of the observation points at a Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army military base, according to preliminary information, conscript Tigran Vano Varyan, 19, was killed by his own machine gun.
The defense army’s press division reports that an investigation is underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
