Prosperous Armenia members to return to parliament

After yesterday’s boycott, the lawmakers of the coalition Prosperous Armenia party (PAP) are returning to parliament to participate in debates and the Q&A session with the executive.

The National Assembly announced yesterday that the PAP’s boycott concerned only the Monday debate over the Draft Law on Restricting Cash Transactions.

“We are certainly going to attend [the sessions] because the parliament is not under anyone’s ownership; we have lots of things to do there,” Naira Zohrabyan of the PAP faction in National Assembly told Tert.am.

Earlier, Gagik Minasyan, the head of the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs (Republican Party faction), said the Prosperous Armenia members had voted in favor of including the bill in the agenda.
