A peace treaty for the Karabakh conflict will not be the end but rather a light at the end of the tunnel, Azerbaijani foreign minister has said in an interview, calling for more efforts.
“The efforts should be tripled rather than doubled,” Elmar Mammadyarov told Moscow News newspaper.
“The decision on Karabakh is very complex. It is connected with many factors. Even if we prepare a peace treaty, this would not be the end yet. It will only be a light at the end of the tunnel,” he explained.
Further, he said that Azerbaijan and Russia closely cooperate on the Karabakh issue at different levels.
