The foreign ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia will meet in Moscow today during which time the parties will discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement process.
Earlier, OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair Igor Popov of the Russian Federation had said that after the foreign ministers’ meeting, a meeting with the presidents will take place most likely in June or July.
“The ’2+1′ format of negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan [with Russia acting as mediator] are useful and should be continued in the future,” said Popov.
