New Republic in South Caucasus? And Lachin as Capital? Here is What Grigori Ayvazyan Creates

Head of the Assembly of Azerbaijani Armenians Grigori Ayvazyan is going to create a new republic, Ayvazyan said at a press conference today.

Based on the seven former Azerbaijani regions currently under Armenian rule, the new republic will be called The Republic of Azerbaijani-Armenians where they will create a sovereign republic. The capital city of the would-be republic, according to Ayvazyan, will be Lachin.

Mr Ayvazyan said he will in the nearest future turn to the authorities of the Artsakh Republic (Nagorno Karabakh) and will ask for those territories. He has even managed to create the samples of the new state’s flag and blazon.
