The reason opposition alliance Armenian National Congress (HAK) has recently become passive, is that there is no one to substitute its leader and former president Levon Ter-Petrosyan.
In a press conference today, member of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) Karen Avagyan said that the HAK is having a problem with shift in generation within the alliance.
“The same HAK has a problem with a shift in generation, and the person to substitute Levon Ter-Petrosyan has not yet come to the fore in the same HAK which hinders its activities, HAK’s activities in the domestic political field,” he said.
