Jailed Actor Vardan Petrosyan Declares Hunger Strike in Solidarity with Electricity Protestors

Minutes ago, relatives of actor Vardan Petrsoyan informed Hetq that he had started a hunger strike in Nubaraashen Correctional Facility in solidarity with those staging a protest on Baghramyan Avenue against the recent electricity rate hike.

"I am not there physically, but in this way I can express my solidarity with all those participating in the protest," Petrosyan conveyed.
