Anti-corruption council=?UTF-8?B?4oCZ?=s sitting mocking at Armenian citizens

The government anti-corruption council's sitting was nothing but mocking at Armenian citizens, Aram Manukyan, a member of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) parliamentary group, told journalists on Monday.Ten years ago Armenia ranked 75th in the corruption index, whereas it ranks 125th now."Armenia has moved down 50 points. That is, we are having higher-level corruption in Armenia now. Corruption is rampant, and we can feel it on our own back," Manukyan said. The only achievement of late is the action of protest in defense of political prisoners."The youth wings of all the parliamentary forces expressed their discontent. Different parties' young members can cooperation in this field, which is inspiring," Manukyan said. The MP also spoke of a recent visit to Georgia, where he took part in a conference of the South Caucasus liberal parties."The developments in Georgia inspire hope, and people place hope on the incumbent authorities. People say that they will do the same with the Georgian Dream party as they did with Miheil Saakashvili's if the party fails to keep its promises. The most important is that the people can choose their authorities," the MP said.
