The ArmenTel company (Beeline brand) will issue a statement next Tuesday to explain the reasons for communication failures in summer, ArmenTel Spokesperson Anush Begloyan told Tert.am.In its Aug. 11 issue, the Hraparak newspaper writes: "Although ArmenTel does not publicly admit the fact, the mysterious failures occur every 30 or 40 days. Specialists cannot understand the reasons. The company's business rivals may be the cause.""The company has no grounds for such speculations," Begloyan said.
