The members of Armenia's new cabinet are planning an ad hoc meeting on Monday, June 18.
Sources close to the Government say the executive's new program will be a key issue on the agenda. The document will be reportedly submitted to the National Assembly's approval on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) has rescheduled its executive board meeting slated for today. Speaking to Tert.am, a spokesperson for the ruling party, Edward Sharmazanov, said they are planning to meet on Friday.
"There is nothing serious, just technical problems. So we found tomorrow a more appropriate time for the session," he said, adding that they will consider the new cabinet's staff at the meeting.
Following the RPA's executive board session on Saturday, President Serzh Sargsyan (who is the chairman of the ruling party) signed a degree to appoint Tigran Sargsyan a prime minister.
Upon the premier's proposal, he later re-appointed Edward Nalbandyan, Seyran Ohanyan and Armen Yeritsyan as ministers of foreign affairs, defense and emergency situations.
