Armenia not to participate in discussions over Karabakh issue, member of Armenia=?UTF-8?B?4oCZ?=s delegation to PACE says

le=”text-align: justify; “>Head of Armenia’s delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Davit Harutyunyan, speaking to Tert.am, said it is early to comment on the statement of the head of Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Samed Seyidov made at the opening of PACE summer session on April 23.

According to Azerbaijani Trend.az, Seyidov stated that Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement remains the most important issue for Azerbaijan and thanked PACE Chairman Jean-Claude Mignon who, according to Azerbaijani mass media, came up with the initiative to organize a meeting-discussion between the Armenian and Azerbaijani delegations.  Read more...
