Parents of March 1 tragedy victims consider case resolved

Failing to resolve the murders within four years, the authorities actually proved that they had killed our children, says the mother of Tigran Khachatryan, one of the victims of the March 1 post-electoral turmoil in Yerevan.

Speaking to Tert.am, Alla Hovhannisyan said the authorities could have resolved the case if the wished to but failed to do that because they had a hand in the affair.

She noted that the fact-finding group tasked with conducting a probe into the case was dissolved shortly after it had some progress.  Read more... (300 words)
