“We can only express our support to the call RF Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov addressed to the conflicting parties at the OSCE Ministerial Council’s meeting in Vilnius,” Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian told Interfax.
Armenian side can only support the call for taking advantage of the proposals formulated as a result of Armenian-Azerbaijani presidential meetings President Medvedev has been arranging over the past two years, which have been supported by Presidents Barack Obama and Nicolas Sarkozy, Minister Nalbandian said.
