Minister of Defense of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan on Tuesday met with parents of soldiers who died of non-combat reasons, as well as a few dozens other citizens who have turned to him with issues related to the army.
Parents of the military servicemen received clarifications directly from the minister with respect to the criminal cases launched into their sons' deaths.
Hasmik Hovhannisyan, mother of 30-year-old Lieutenant Artak Nazaryan, who died a year and half ago in the army (according to the criminal case, his five comrades induced him to commit suicide, allegedly humiliating Nazaryan), who also participated in the minister's reception, told ArmeniaNow that she was not satisfied with the meeting, because she did not manage to present all her concerns related to her son's death trial to him due to his being in a hurry and too busy.
